Meet nicole Hornstra, LCSW
I’m happy you’re here.
I’ve always been a “listener,” and I became interested in mental health during high school after watching some family members struggle with their own. I knew I wanted to help others feel better and enjoy their life as much as possible.
Before becoming an outpatient therapist, I gained experience in residential, inpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings for eating disorders and persistent mental illnesses.
I utilize compassion and humor to build rapport and make sessions feel comfortable and supportive. I am also not afraid to hold you accountable to goals you are working towards, with support at the forefront.
Outside of work, you can find me spending time with family and friends, chasing my toddler around, finding fun ways to be active, and burying my nose in a book, or two, or three.
